RETURNS & REFUNDS

PRINTS

All prints are custom made so unfortunately they are not refundable or exchangeable for change of mind. If your print or the frame of your canvas print has been damaged in transit, please head to the contacts page and leave a message, or email Kathryn on info@kathrynsillince.com WITHIN 7 DAYS of receiving the print. We will request photos of the damages and if it qualifies for a replacement, we will send you a shipping label to return the print in its original box / tube and issue you will a full refund. Please allow 5 - 7 days for refund processing times.

ORIGINAL ARTWORKS

Original artworks cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind. If your original artwork or the frame of your original artwork has been damaged in transit, please head to the contacts page and leave a message, or email Kathryn on info@kathrynsillince.com WITHIN 7 DAYS of receiving the artwork.  We will request photos of the damages and if it qualifies for a replacement, we will send you a shipping label to return the original artwork in its original box / tube.

All original artworks whether stretched or sent rolled in a tube due to their large size are sent fully insured and tracked for your peace of mind in transit.

PAPER GOODS 

For returns or exchanges on paper goods, please return the item/s in their original condition with original labels attached WITHIN 14 DAYS of receiving the item. Once the item has been returned in original condition, you will receive a full refund.
